Official rules.

1. Organizer and period

The promotion is organized by the Tesla Cat CTO community (“Organizer”). It begins on 29 August 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 30 September 2026 at 23:59:59, Europe/Berlin time. Entries received from 1 October 2026 at 00:00 CEST are late. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X, Tesla, Binance, BNB Chain or Flap.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open worldwide wherever participation and receipt of a crypto-token prize are lawful. No purchase or token holding is required. A participant must have legal capacity to enter; anyone below the age of majority in their location must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The promotion is void where prohibited. Sanctions, local law, tax rules and platform restrictions still apply.

3. How to enter

1. Sign in through X so the game receives the stable numerical X account ID and current handle.
2. Complete a Road Rush run. The game server verifies and saves the score automatically.
3. Share the generated score card on X from that same X account before the deadline.
4. Reply to the official giveaway post with a meme from that same X account and submit the direct link to that single meme reply in the game before the deadline.
5. Accept these rules. Liking or reposting the giveaway post is optional and does not affect eligibility or ranking, but it is greatly appreciated and helps support the TCAT community.

One natural person may participate through one X account. Creating or using additional accounts, impersonation, copied/reused meme replies or bulk duplicate posts may result in disqualification.

4. Ranking and verification

Only runs accepted and recalculated by the game server are ranked. Each participant’s highest complete qualifying entry counts. The highest score ranks first. If two scores are identical, the run with the earlier server-recorded finish time ranks higher. The displayed leaderboard is provisional until review. The Organizer may inspect the top candidates’ X identity, meme reply and run telemetry, and may reject automation, modified clients, impossible input, exploitation, tampering or other unfair play.

5. Prizes

Rank 1 receives TCAT worth USD 75, rank 2 receives TCAT worth USD 50 and rank 3 receives TCAT worth USD 25. The token is the BNB Chain contract 0x8f6140fd6a307e9db497e2c7e93421dfe17c7777. The TCAT quantity equals the prize’s USD amount divided by the displayed USD price on the published DEX Screener TCAT page when the Organizer prepares the payout. The Organizer records the price and timestamp. Market value can change after transfer. Winners must provide a compatible BNB Chain wallet; sending to an incompatible address may permanently lose the prize.

6. Winner contact and claim

Provisional winners will be contacted through their verified X account after review. A winner must respond within seven days, confirm eligibility and provide a BNB Chain wallet address. If a winner cannot lawfully receive the prize, does not respond, provides false information or is disqualified, the next eligible ranked participant may be selected.

7. Content and conduct

Meme replies must be lawful, non-threatening and not infringe third-party rights. Participants retain ownership of their content and permit the Organizer to display or repost the entry for promotion and winner announcements with attribution. Offensive, deceptive, spammy or rights-infringing content may be rejected.

8. Data and availability

The game stores the X numerical user ID, X handle, verified run data, submitted meme-reply link, review status and security records needed to operate and audit the promotion. Do not enter sensitive data. The Organizer may pause or cancel the promotion if fraud, abuse, technical failure or law makes fair operation impossible, and will publish a reasonable update through the official X account.

9. General

Taxes and legal reporting are each winner’s responsibility. Nothing here guarantees a particular token market value or liquidity. Decisions based on the published rules and documented verification are final to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to the official Tesla Cat X account.
